BEFORE YOUR SESSION

  • Spotlight Session dates are released three months in advance. Signature Sessions are available on select dates throughout the year. You can see availability and book your date here

  • Spotlight Sessions are $200, payable in full at booking. Signature Sessions are $895, also payable in full at booking. Signature Sessions include a $150 print credit to use on orders of $200 or more.

  • If your dog has dietary requirements, bring their own treats. You're also welcome to bring a collar or lead you'd like them to wear in the shots, and any favourite toy you want included. For Spotlight Sessions, your prop choice is selected at booking and can't be changed on the day.

  • No. Every session has its own dedicated time slot. Your dog will always have the studio to themselves.

  • Yes. My own dog is reactive with other dogs, and I understand it can be a situation that needs to be carefully managed. Please get in touch before booking so we can make sure everything is set up for you. The studio is a private, calm space and sessions are always guided at your dog's pace.

  • The main studio location is on Sydney's Northern Beaches, with occasional dates available near Parramatta. Exact location and parking details are provided once your booking is confirmed. There is onsite parking available.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and converted to a six month credit. Spotlight Sessions cannot be rescheduled, they are credit only.

  • The session fee is non-refundable but transferable to a new date within three months, subject to availability. If we need to cancel on our end, you'll receive a full refund or an alternative date.

  • Every dog is different and sessions are always guided by their energy and comfort on the day. I can't guarantee specific poses or behaviour, but I can guarantee 15 years of experience finding the best in every dog, no matter what they throw at me. At the end of the day, they are dogs and will do what they want. I don’t believe in pushing them past their comfort zone.

  • In the rare event that we genuinely didn't get anything usable on the day, I'll offer a complimentary reshoot at the next available date. In my experience, dogs can occasionally have a bad day and a second session with a dog who knows what to expect can produce some of the best results. Your dog's happiness always comes first, and I'll never deliver a gallery I'm not proud of.

ON THE DAY

  • That's completely fine! It’s also very normal. I work with dogs of all temperaments and energy levels. I never force a pose. I follow their lead, work with their energy, and there's always a shot worth keeping.

  • Not a problem at all. The studio is a fully dedicated dog friendly space and accidents happen. It won't affect your session.

  • Spotlight Sessions are strictly 30 minutes as multiple bookings are held on one day. Signature Sessions are guided by your dog, there's no set end time, but they usually run for 90mins - 2 hours.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

  • Your online gallery will be delivered within 5-7 days of your session. Your print shop will be accessible at the same time.

  • Spotlight Sessions include 2 high-res digital downloads. Additional images are available to purchase at $50 each. Signature Sessions include 5 High res images and a $150 print credit to use on orders over $200.

  • Through your online gallery. A range of products such as framed prints, acrylic blocks and print display boxes are all available. Signature Sessions include a $150 print credit to use on orders of $200 or more, valid for six months from gallery delivery.

  • Yes, please do! A personal use licence is granted on all purchased images. I do politely ask that you tag me so other people can find me easily as well.
